By Stacey Swift For research purposes, I am looking for reference materials that can provide me information about diets. Having this book is a good collection to my sources. Quite a good read, indeed!The term “Paleo” as I first heard about it seemed to be a hard topic to tackle. Well, I was wondering if I have to include it in my research scope. I thought it was some kind of diet practiced by some tribe and it will be hard to look for facts about the subject. I am just thankful to have this book as it helped me understand of what a Paleo really is. I discovered through John's book that the Paleo diet generally addresses the inability to gain more weight. There may be a lot of people who would like to lose weight but the truth is there are also many who struggle to overcome life's challenges due to their underweight characteristic. Hence, to those who wants more weight, this book is recommended for you. It provided me a helpful list of foods and sample meal plan as well as some physical activities and supplements that can help gain weight. I learned more about the Paleo diet and the mass gaining techniques that can make us stay clean and healthy while gaining more weight.Thank you for writing this, John! I look forward to read more of your books.

Great book on building mass with Paleo By Angela Johnson This book took a completely different turn on Paleo books that I've read before, and that is why I picked it up. My partner and I are really health conscious, but of course, I'm always trying to lose weight and he's trying to be a muscle-bound weight gainer. In order for us to be able to cook the same foods and minimize the need for multiple meals, I felt it important to pick up a book that shows how the same diet I frequent (Paleo) can be used to help build mass. This book is full of great tips, advice and recipes that my man can use, with the same foods that we buy on our grocery list to keep me lean and fit, and that really makes us both happy!

By Mereden_13 I found this exercise book to be very informative jam-packed with unique tips, techniques and strategies to help you lose weight maintain optimum health and obtain the body you always dreamed of achieving for yourself. One thing I read in the beginning of the book that stuck with me is that you don’t need a bunch of expensive equipment or exercise tapes to lose-weight and shape up. The exercises in this book are easy and the book is inexpensive.All you need is this book, some weights and a comfortable spot in your home where you can focus. Paleo Workouts contains tons of effective exercises, which not only are easy to learn, but effective too.As you continue reading, you will find tons of exercises and advice on how to improve your health, strength and body. The book even discusses supplements for men and women that can help you improve the way you look and feel.This book may be just what the doctor ordered for anyone who has a quest to lose weight, define his or her body, learn how to eat right and maintain optimum health. I recommend this book to others. Definite FIVE stars.
