About the Author Hey everyone, my name is Sarah Taylor and I'm the author of many books related to health. The timing is good - I'm planning to do a Whole 30 after the holiday season, and I wanted to do some homework on it before the fact. It's funny, but I might start early - I'm kinda dying to try some of these recipes!One of my favorite parts about this book is that it was HONEST about the symptoms you'll experience when cutting out sugar. There's a step-by-step breakdown of your possible symptoms as you progress with the new diet. Knowing what to expect really helps - a week into a major change like this and you could still feel just awful from sugar withdrawl, and it helps to know it's normal and part of the process.If I had anything to criticize, it'd be that I found a couple little typos. But still a good read, and now I can't wait to chow down on some of those veggie recipes!

From the original 30-day plan, the program can be reduced to 14 days for those who are really eager to see results in a short span of time. This book will also ready you for the reactions your mind and body will go through during the whole process. Really helpful!Complete with healthy recipes from breakfast to dinner, snacks also included. There is one thing I don't like about this book, it's the format of the recipes on every page. They are not eye friendly. I had a hard time going through each ingredient as they were written continuously...but I like the whole concept.

From a great introduction to the whole food diet to essential tips on how to do it right. It clearly explains the effects of whole food in the body and teaches you everything you need to know and even the things you need to avoid while on a whole foods diet regimen. It also has a really good 14 day diet meal plan to help you get on the right track fast. The plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes. It even has some snack ones too. I really like this book. It's awesome.
