By Susan Harmon This is the book you MUST have if you or your loved one are suffering with health symptoms and frustrated because you can not find a cure. Darshi beautifully and honestly shares her personal journey to regain her health. She provides easy to understand information and step by step instructions for the reader to teach them how to trust themselves, take control of their health, and heal themselves. The best part is the wonderful and unique recipes, and other cooking tips she shares so that you can get started immediately, making changes to incorporate these wonderful healing recipes into your weekly meal plan. This is book that you will constantly refer to and use over and over again. I will be giving this book to several clients and family members as gifts for the holiday. Thank you Darshi for sharing your story with so many who will be able to heal themselves, and avoid the frustration and struggles of going from doctor to doctor and learning to heal themselves with great nutritious food.

By Tanya If you're working through any autoimmune issues, this book will be a life-changer for you. There is a solution to autoimmunities and you're looking at it here. Darshi weaves in her personal experience and journey of healing autoimmunity with her expertise as a health and nutrition professional.The book is organized very well, easy to read, and the recipes are easy, tasty and flavorful. The recipe part of the book makes the healing journey an enjoyable one.

Must-have recipe book for those with autoimmune disease By Mari J Hahn, Author of Gut Guide 101: Three Weeks to Better Digestion and Increased Energy If you are suffering with autoimmune diseases, this book by Darshi Shah will be your lifeline. Based on her own trial and error in her own healing process, she confidently supports your journey to health through changing your diet as well as addressing stress and environmental triggers. As a Certified Health Coach, I have led clients through the process of an elimination diet and it isn't easy for people to change so many aspects of their diet all at once. Shah has an excellent section in her book called Transitioning to a New Diet. I love her approach - it's a process. Learn how to make about 10 meals (and she offers some yummy sounding recipes for curries, dal, roti, chutneys and more) that you are comfortable with before making a strict commitment to being gluten-free. All recipes in the book are gluten-free, refined sugar-free and dairy-free. Some recipes also support strict vegetarian diets, soy-free diets, etc. If you have never cooked Indian food before, there is a detailed section with cooking instructions making it completely do-able. A great guide to take along on your journey to better health.
