1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Great advice By Lucidity I have a relatively busy lifestyle but I still always manage to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night. For whatever reason, I still always feel tired throughout the day and have tried several so called remedies to try to counteract it but I have yet to see any substantial positive effects.As a sort of last resort, I picked up this book and a few others related to sleeping problems; I read the others before giving Adam James’s book a chance, but I’d have to say that ‘Double Energy, Cut Sleep In Half’ is certainly one of the better reads I have come across so far.I have quickly come to realize that there’s a lot more to sleeping disorders than I was previously aware of and I learned a lot more than I was expecting to, especially in regard to diet when it comes to making sure you have the right amount of vitamins and minerals.Of course, this isn’t no magic cure. What's discussed in this book is centered around a long-term plan but it looks quite promising and I look forward to sticking with it and seeing some results.

It’s time to take a close look at your sleep and sleep habits. This book helps you to start forming positive habits to address this kind of problem. I learned good information from this book about the dangers of sleeping too much, its effects, what to look out for and how to work towards getting healthy, quality slumber. This has a great advice on how to manage your energy and your time.

I've been looking all around the web and through the library and bookstores for books that will help me fight back against this terrible disorder. This book explains how to cultivate and maintain the most effective habits to restore your energy and stop feeling tired all the time. I will definitely be using this book to stop loss of energy and I recommend it to others who suffer!
