Best book By Amazon Customer I've been training for over 18 years and have to say that Fit Actions is the best fitness book I've ever read. I've had it for 5 days and have followed the diet and training programs. Been sore for the first time in years and already feel tighter. These workouts are intense. I thought I was fit until I tried the advanced workouts. If you're ready to bring your fitness level and want to learn how to get results. I'd say put this in your library. Look forward to seeing the changes in the next month.

I work with professional athletes and see how fit you have to be to succeed. Not only is it about how you workout, but how you eat. This book nails exercise AND nutrition.After training with Doug and can tell you, he's in better shape than kids half his age and twice as tough.Anyone can follow his plans. It has everything you need from a beginner to professional to 40+ like me.

The format is easy to follow making it a quick read. I tried several of the recipes which were amazing high protein, low carb options.
