This book seems to have been translated from some other language into English by a computer program. Quite awkwardly written, and not well organized. I have read much better information on several websites. I'm glad it was free.

By doreen I would really like to lose some weight but it is hard sometimes to look for a diet that suits you better. With the help of this book I have learned what ketogenic diet is all about. Before I am just hearing the word ketogenic and never did understand the process but this is very well explained in this book. The author did a great job in giving important information and benefits of ketogenic diet itself. I will definitely try this and I know I will have good results .Great read!

Example, amount of protein to eat .I assume 1.5_2.0 grams per kilo was referring to per kilo of body weight. In recipes some ingredients were low fat Mayo, and other low fat ingredients. My understanding was the fat was not the issue and low fat ingredients were to be avoided. Some explanation there would be helpful. The allowed food lists didn't include some of the ingredients in the recipes.
