I had started doing breakfast smoothies a few years back but got terribly bored by the same old thing. I started looking through this book and my mouth was watering within a few minutes. I only have a black & white Kindle but the pictures still drew me in and I’ve already got a list of ten I want to try as soon as possible. I was surprised to find such an easy to read “cookbook” in a Kindle book, because many of them aren’t set up as well. I love the prep time and ingredients list for each. I was able to start a grocery list and found that many of the same fruits and vegetables could be used in multiple drinks, and that’ especially true of things like chia seeds which I don’t happen to have just lying around the kitchen. I priced a specialty magazine on smoothies at the local health food store and it was $9.95, much more expensive that this tiny $.99 investment!

Smoothies are also known as fat burning food as they are nutrient-rich, loaded with fiber and low in fat. These delicious Smoothies will help you create the perfect weight loss shake. The smoothie recipes are quite tasty and it doesn't make me feel like I'm shorting myself of flavor. The easy recipes, especially since they take up little to no time of my very busy day. I recommend this book to everyone.

By Limo Smoothies can help you make sure you are getting your full daily allowance of fruits and vegetables, especially leafy greens that can be so difficult to fit into a regular meal. They are quick and easy, you can make your own nutrient dense smoothie in just a matter of minutes from things you have on hand most of the time.
