By Cliff It’s easy to find healthy recipes online but unless you have all the ingredients it is the only way to ensure the specific calorie count. I do not always have time to do this and it didn’t really teach me how to change my habits. After I read this book I knew what to eat and what to stay away from no matter where I was. It didn’t matter if I was out to dinner or at a friends and I noticed my energy level change right away too. I’ll cover some of the main benefits this book covers below.1) This book teaches you in a quick easy to reference guide all the nutritional benefits that all the major food groups have to offer plus more. You don’t get this from the traditional books I have read. 2) This book teaches you in an easy to understand format what to stay away from and what to stick to. (Which helps on the go)3) This book also tells you the benefits of all daily food groups so you wont need to stress about calories.4) I didn’t realize the effect that processed food was doing to my body and how much better I was feeling from following these easy to remember techniques.So definitely get this book, it’s great info and its only $3.

By Amazon Customer Cut the crap is easy to read and straight to the point!..I appreciate that Coco gives perspective but then follows up with facts. It's the kind of nutrition Information that anyone can understand and follow. I feel that this guide will appeal to all readers seeking more health and wellness information, no matter how far along you may be on your journey to a healthier you! The guide is short in length yet packed with much information. It's a quick and easy read and I will be recommending it to anyone I know that wants live a healthier life! Thank you Coco!

I kept putting off reading it for no good reason (life, work, etc) and I finally set aside an hour to read it. Loved the sections about sugars (my downfall) and tips of foods to add to my diet to make my life healthier. Highlighted several sections to go back and make notes in so that I can use this advice in my every day life. Would suggest this to anyone who has questions about nutrition, wants to learn some facts about their diet they may have not known, or for someone who needs their butts kicked into gear to get in shape!
