By keepergirl73 This book is great, because it teaches you how to still eat foods you love and exercise and still gain a perfect body. While diets like Paleo, Weight Watcher, Atkins, clean eating, and so on say that you can only eat certain foods and have to avoid things you love to eat, the IIFYM diet - short for If It Fits Your Macros - gives you more flexibility, because it is, indeed, a flexible diet. What's even nicer is that it includes a nice set of recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with the nutritional information that you need to focus on for this diet.In the chapters about workout and exercise, there are specific exercises suggested and described for the very beginning of the program to the end, where more expert level exercises are provided. That was especially nice for me, but I don't have the funds necessary to go to a gym, but don't know what exercises are good for me outside of jumping jacks and sit-ups.

It measures​ the exact amount of intake you need for the day and get it by eating what you want. There are some basic rules but overall this book teaches you how to get to your target weight by tracking how much you eat. This book is for people who want to lose, to gain or to maintain weight by following very simple instructions and basic principles. Some very common sense type principles in this one, that, applied individually will be helpful to many. Excellent read!

By Kourtney Kane This is book isn't exactly a weight loss book but it is a book which will help you achieve the perfect body through proper consumption. Weight loss may be a part of the process but its not a final goal. The book explains properly what kind of plan we will be adapting. It gives details in calories so that the consumption is accounted for properly. The book also has some recipes which are very useful and their calorie details have been given as well. There is a workout schedule included as well.Overall, I am satisfied with the book and the way it covers everything. I highly recommend it.
