3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Dr. Cerberus By Ryan Brazil Dr. Cerberus as presented by L.A. Theatre Works is a great listen! It's a coming-of-age story about a 13 year old gay boy, Franklyn, going through the pains of adolescence. He's misunderstood by everyone who know him except his Uncle. He finds great pleasure in watching Saturday Night Horror Movies, hosted by Dr. Cerberus. Simon Helberg makes a great Franklyn who is a great character and is extremely likable. His family and the rest of the cast are all wonderfully cast. This play is very funny at first, but has true heart near the end that you can't get out of your mind. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a great laugh.
