A Best Guide to Lose Weight By Jeff Scott I gave this book a 5star review because I think the Atkins diet is a great way to lose weight and not many people use this amazing diet. This is very useful book about Atkins' diet By Jurassic Writer Many times I have heard about what foods with lots of carbohydrates contribute to weight gain. I love sweets, so I recently noticed that I have extra weight. I did not stick to a particular diet. I reduced the amount of carbohydrates in my diet. I lost 5 kg in one month! So I think that if you follow a low-carb diet more strictly, you can lose weight more.In this book, the author is well described the essence of the Atkins Diet and the peculiarities of its phases. I think the Atkins diet is good because it is designed cardiologist, and therefore it is safe for many people.
