This book helped me understand what calisthenics are, the benefits of each exercises and the reasons why we should consider adopting this routine. This book has a detailed explanation on each exercises so that you can understand it better and familiarize each one of them. This book is very informative, the context were clear and simple and the exercises that are included in this book can easily be followed.

So there is introduction to calisthenics,what it is, factors to consider, the benefits, and the reason to adopt a particular routine.From this book, one can learn about the different ways on how to perform some of the most powerful and practical calisthenics exercises.I liked the chapters “Different Calisthenics Exercises for Beginners” “Warming Up”, “Planning Ahead: Creating Your Own Calisthenics Routine” as they have the most valuable information’s.There is a “Easy 28-Day (4-Week) Calisthenics Workout Routine for Beginners’ section on chapter five where a detailed workout plan is given, which is nice.Overall as a starter I liked this book.

By Bronson Colli The author has done a good job in pushing the beginners from zero to the strength building which they require to perform calisthenics. There is a lot of useful information for women like me who want to get in shape. The explanation and guidelines are very easy to follow. Great book.
