Dill In this book, Stress Hacks: 166 Tips and Tricks to Free Yourself from Stress and Sleeplessness and Reclaim a Relaxed Life, Michelle Whitney has provided us with an exceptionally well-written book providing us with at least 166 tips and tricks to get rid of as much stress in our lives as we can and getting past the sleeplessness and tenseness associated with stress.Using personal experiences and humor, Michelle teaches us how to manage stress, get some sleep, and even how to have fun. I enjoyed the book tremendously and was impressed with the way the problem and solutions were presented. I actually found that just reading this book reduced stress. I also found I was using some of the techniques suggested. She suggests having moving water, fish, growing plants, and having fish. I have three water gardens in my bedroom. I also use some of the other techniques suggested.She says we can't punch our coworkers in the head when we have had enough of them. Well...oh, ok. She teaches some methods to keep from losing it and doing just that, but says it's ok to fantasize about it. I intend to use several of the other tips recommended in this book. I recommend this book to everyone, because everyone has, at times, more stress than we can deal with. It is a delightful, humorous, and fast read. Get it today and get a grip on your stress.This is one of the best books I have read on the subject of stress, relaxation and sleeplessness. Go ahead and get this book. Relax, deal with your stress and get some quality sleep.

The solutions suggested are realistic, current, and offered with a lightness that makes them seem like they might actually help.
