The Author has made it very simple to show the most unfit person can start and work their way up to very fit! I love the pages examples about push ups, start on the wall for easy to having your hands on the floor and feet on a table for hard. This book is for EVERYONE! Men, women, unfit to the most fit! Thank's to the Author for showing us we don't have to live in a gym to be fit!

By Shawn I'm always looking for new physical challenges in my work out program and after reading this book, I'm seriously thinking about buying a medicine ball ( old school name for wall ball :)). Wall Ball WOD Bible makes a great case for including ball shots in your exercise program with lots of examples & good information. If you're looking to freshen up a stale fitness routine, this book is for you. I can't wait to get started!

If you're looking for an introduction to this under utilized fitness tool, this is the book for you. Wall ball shots are great for core training & conditioning. 70 workouts are included in this book, which should be more than enough to get you started.
