By Helena Sterne, Love Acupuncture A well written, informative and helpful guide to treat the root cause of why we are ageing. Many people think that by treating the symptoms with costly (and often toxic pills and creams) we will find a solution. Unfortunately this is not so. Julie has compiled information specifically in how we can take control of the ageing process from the inside out and as an Acupuncturist and Wellness Coach myself, I can see that all of this is information is spot on. Natural health all the way.

Or high priced anti-aging creams with parabens. This book has great hacks on how to naturally reverse age symptoms from inside out. I like how the author has researched the body functions and things that affect us, showing us the root of most age troubles while also explaining why its not "normal" to expect body dis-ease and dysfunction as we grow older. Reversing bad eating and health habits takes time and motivation, but this book makes it really easy by giving specific, practical how-to's in each chapter. I will start implementing the advice one step at a time. Beginning with using coconut oil and turmeric and shopping organic foods when they're in season. . As a productive business woman who wears many hats, I especially loved the creative stress relieve approach. And am definitely getting my hormones tested! A very good applicable read that I enjoyed and will return to often.
