It was a very hard subject for me to understand. I did not think depression was real, and that it was all in her head. This book explains the nature of depression, how to cope with it, what kinds of depression there are and that is basically it. It is fine, but since I read many books about it I didn't learn anything really new from it. That does not mean that I will judge a book by the level of my prior knowledge, that wouldn't be fair. This is a good book for someone who is trying to find out more about this condition and in that regard it can be immensely helpful.

By Pete Zombie If you search the internet about anxiety you will see heartbreaking results. It is one of the key problems and billions of people in the world are misery today.
