It sums up several examples of fitness program options, explaining the benefits of each one. Suggestions of various workout videos are also included, many available online, as an alternative to an expensive gym membership. (I found that my local library also has a large section of fitness DVDs that are free to check out.) The section on diet is short, but is a good reminder to eat sensibly, and points out that true weight loss is 20% exercise and 80% food.
